Definition of “Consulting Fees”

For certain specific assignments in addition to those included in the Search Mandate (billed as “Search Fees” for the full performance of the property search activity and related steps, payable on the day of signing the notarial deed and only in case of success, to remunerate our services in searching for the property, including related advice and steps), Flat Hunter may additionally offer a “Service Agreement” for services such as assistance, studies, advice and various practical, technical and legal services. These specific services fall outside the scope of the Hoguet Law No. 70-9 of 2 January 1970 and its implementing Decree No. 72-678 of 20 July 1972. They are billed separately under the name “Service Fees”, for the performance of an additional, standalone, optional activity independent of any commission relating to search costs, advertising, negotiation or intermediation, and actually provided before, during and/or after the property search activity.
